Man Infra Construction

You can find us over at Mahabal Colony in Jalgaon. The office for Man Infra Construction is located at 24 Tiwari Nagar. Jalgaon is known for being quite hot, and our neighborhood is no different. We spend our days in a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the houses around it. It is a quiet area mostly, though you hear the local traffic and kids playing sometimes. Inside, it is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of paperwork related to our building projects. We don't go in for anything fancy. The staff here are all locals who speak the language and understand how things work in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over some chai. It feels more like a small family business than a big construction firm. We go to the sites, come back here to finish the logs, and then head home. It is a very direct way of working. 24 Tiwari Nagar is just our base where the phone stays ringing and the fans are always on high speed. It is an honest place to earn a living without any of the corporate fluff you find in the bigger cities. We just do the work and try to stay cool during the afternoon heat.
