Malwadkar Architect

Malwadkar Architect is situated at Narayan Peth South City, specifically in Arekere Mico Layout 914. It’s an interesting spot because it feels like a bridge between different parts of the area. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and the occasional printer. We have stacks of paper everywhere you look. Some are new drawings and some are old plans from years ago that we just haven't archived yet. The desks are large and cluttered with rulers, pens, and erasers. We spend our days looking at maps and figuring out how things fit together on the page. It’s a quiet kind of work, but it takes a lot of focus. The layout of the office is a bit cramped, but we make it work for us. We’ve got a window that looks out onto the street, so we see a lot of the local traffic passing by. Arekere Mico Layout is a place where things are always changing, but our office stays pretty much the same. We have a routine of starting with a cup of coffee and going through the mail. There’s nothing particularly flashy about how we do things here. We just stay focused on the drawings and make sure everything is where it needs to be before we head home. It’s a practical space for practical people. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name and the address 914 on the door.
