If you go to Wakad and look for Hotel Ambience, you’ll find us nearby at office number 206 in the Malpani Grinch building. We spend our time dealing with land and buildings. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at maps of the area. Wakad has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen all the new shops and apartments go up. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a table where we go over paperwork. Dealing with estates can be a bit of a headache with all the legal stuff, but it's what we know. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything like that. We just show what’s available and help with the process. The area around Hotel Ambience is usually packed with cars, so finding parking can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We are usually here from morning until the evening. Sometimes we take clients out to see a plot, other times we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. It’s a straightforward business. We know the local market because we live and work right here. If you stop by, you’ll likely find one of us drinking tea and looking over some documents. It is just the way we operate daily in this neighborhood.
