Mallikarjun Associates

The office for Mallikarjun Associates is located inside the Padmaban Society on Model Colony Road. It is a nice and relatively quiet part of Pune compared to the rest of the city. We are situated right next to the Ambassador Hotel, which is a good landmark for people trying to find the society. We spend the majority of our days at our desks working on various projects and technical drawings. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to heading out to check on-site progress. The society is quite old and has some big trees that help keep the area cool even in the summer. We have stacks of files and rolls of paper sitting on almost every flat surface. It might not be the most organized looking place to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We usually grab a quick lunch from one of the small spots nearby or just bring a tiffin from home. Sometimes we have to head out to meet people or look at new plots of land, but mostly we are right here. Pune is changing very fast these days, but this little corner of Model Colony still feels a bit like the old times. We do not go for anything flashy or corporate. We just handle the work as it comes in and try to stay focused on the details. It is a steady rhythm that we have fallen into over the years.
