Malkani Group

Down in Modi Nagar, specifically Guru Nanakpura, you can find us at Gulati Bhwawan. It’s where we’ve set up the Malkani Group operations for the Ghaziabad area. It’s a functional space. We spend our mornings looking over plans and our afternoons usually involve a lot of driving around to see how things are holding up. The building itself has some character, and being in this part of UP means there is never a dull moment. We deal with everything from local vendors to people just looking for some advice on building stuff. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up our image; it’s just us doing the daily grind. The rooms are filled with files and old records from years of work. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel a bit sluggish, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. When someone mentions a new development near the district lines, we usually already know the details. It’s about being present and staying involved in the community. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It might not be the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Gulati Bhwawan is home base, and it works for us.
