Malkani Group

Malkani Group is based out of Gulati Bhwawan in Guru Nanakpura. If you know Modi Nagar at all, you know it’s a place where everyone kind of knows what’s going on. We are over here in the Ghaziabad district, which stays pretty busy with all the local trade and development. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just an old building where we manage our different bits of business. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets crowded, but we just work through it. It's been our base for a long time. We handle a mix of things here, and there is always some paperwork to catch up on or a supplier to call. Being in Guru Nanakpura means we’re right in the thick of it. We aren't trying to be some giant international firm; we just focus on what’s right in front of us in this part of UP. Most of our guys have lived around here their whole lives. We drink a lot of tea while we're figuring out the next steps for a project. It’s not always easy, especially with how much the area is changing, but we keep at it. You’ll usually find someone at the office during the day, though we might be out on a site visit if it’s a Tuesday or Wednesday. It's just a regular local business trying to do things the right way.
