Malkani Developers, Pune

Our office is tucked away in Shree Ganesh Apartments over in Vinayak Nagar. It’s a quiet enough corner of Pimple Nilakh, which is nice when things get hectic. We’ve been operating as Malkani Developers from this Aundh side of Pune for a good bit of time. It’s a small setup, nothing too crazy, just a few desks and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. Most of the time, the team is out looking at plots or checking on how a build is coming along. When we are in the office, we’re usually answering the phone or trying to sort out schedules. Being in a residential building like this makes it feel more like a part of the community rather than some cold business park. We see the neighbors every day. Traffic around Pune can be a real headache, so we try to plan our site visits so we aren't stuck on the road all afternoon. It’s just how things work here. People come by sometimes with questions about their own property or wanting to see what we have going on. We don’t have a big reception area or anything, just a place to sit and talk. It’s practical. We do the work that needs doing and try to keep things moving forward. Every project has its own set of problems to solve, but that’s just the nature of construction in this part of town.
