We are located in Katraj, over at the Wonder City complex. Our specific spot is in G Building, Flat Number 104. Since it’s a flat, the office feels very different from a standard commercial unit. It has a kitchen area where we make our tea and a balcony where we sometimes take breaks. Pune 411048 is a busy area, but being inside Wonder City gives us a bit of a buffer from the main road noise. We don't have a big reception area or a glossy corporate logo on a glass door. It’s just a regular door with a small nameplate. Inside, we’ve got our computers and desks set up in the different rooms. It’s a bit unconventional, but it works well for our small team. We don't really have any fancy perks or corporate policies that you find in the big IT parks. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home. The atmosphere is pretty quiet, which helps us stay focused on the tasks we have to finish. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for a long time, so things are very informal. We don't use much marketing language or try to impress anyone. We just provide a steady service from a comfortable, low-key location. Katraj is a good place to be based because everything is nearby, from shops to transport. We like the simplicity of working from G Building. It’s not flashy, but it’s a good, solid place to run a business from every day.
