Maico

We spend most of our days over here at Anant Industrial Estate in Shivne. It’s a busy part of Pune, usually full of trucks and people moving things around. Maico has been set up at Plot No 83/3/1 for a while now. If you know the Nda Road area, you know how it gets during the rush hours. The air can get a bit heavy with all the industrial work going on around us, so dealing with ventilation is what keeps us busy. We aren't a big flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on what needs to get done. Some days the power fluctuates or the tea stall down the road is closed, which is always a bit of a disaster for the staff. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. More sheds have gone up and the roads are a bit more worn now. Shivne has a specific vibe, a bit separate from the main city rush but still very much active. Being out here means we have some space, though the monsoons can make the estate roads a bit of a mess. We just show up, handle the work related to our ventilation systems, and try to keep things moving. It’s mostly about managing the day-to-day tasks without too much fuss. Most people here have been around for years and know the layout of the estate by heart. It's just a regular workplace in an active part of Pune.
