Mahindra Satyam

In Pune, our Mahindra Satyam team works out of Flat 9 in Yashraj Apartment. We are located on Road No 14 in Tingre Nagar, near Survey No 33/2. It’s a regular residential building that houses our small office. Tingre Nagar is a pretty active area, especially since it’s not too far from the airport. The apartment itself is nothing special at all. It’s got white walls, some basic office furniture, and the usual hum of computers in the background. We’ve been here for quite a while now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don’t have any polished corporate decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where we get our technical work done. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to get some air or a bit of sun. The neighborhood is full of families and local shops, so it feels very grounded and normal. We don’t have a big reception area, so if someone drops by, they usually just find us sitting at our desks. We handle various IT and support tasks from this location. It’s a practical and quiet spot that allows us to focus on our code and emails. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy address or a shiny lobby. We just need a reliable place to set up our laptops and get to work. The landlord is a nice guy and the neighbors are fine.
