We are based in Nigdi, Pune, over at the Shital Housing Society. Specifically, we are in Building Number 1, Room Number 15. This is part of Scheme 10 in Sector 21, Yamunanagar. It’s a very residential-feeling area, which makes coming to work feel quite grounded and normal. We aren't in one of those big IT parks with security guards everywhere. Instead, we are right there in the society building. This Mahindra Mahindra office is a small, dedicated space. We have our files, our computers, and a small table for tea. It’s a bit quiet around here during the day when most people are out at work. We like the peace, honestly. It allows us to focus on the paperwork and the local coordination we have to do. Pune weather is usually nice, so we often leave the windows open to catch the breeze. The room is a bit small, but it’s enough for the few of us who are stationed here. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from within the company network or people who already know we are here. It’s a very practical way of doing things. No one is trying to impress anyone; we just want to get the job done right. Living and working in Nigdi has a nice pace to it. We’ve been in Room 15 for a while and it feels right.
