Mahindra Logistics (M & M)

Our office for Mahindra Logistics is in the Popularheight Building No.2, located in Koregaon Park, Pune. The address is C- 15, and it is a nice enough spot compared to some of the industrial zones we usually deal with. Koregaon Park has a lot of trees and nice cafes, but inside our office, it is all business. We manage a lot of vehicle movements and supply chain tasks from here. Even though the neighborhood is fancy, our work is very hands-on. We have screens showing where the trucks are and a lot of people talking on headsets. It can get pretty loud when things are busy. The building itself is older, and the parking is a bit of a nightmare if you do not get here early. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to warehouse managers. It is not all exciting, but it is what keeps the goods moving to where they need to go. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and complain about the traffic on the way to work. Pune traffic has really gotten worse lately, so that is a common topic. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a list of things that need to get done before the day ends. It is a solid team of people who know how to handle the pressure.
