You can find us over at 122 Narayan Peth in Pune. We are tucked away in the Sitaphulbaug Colony area. It is a busy part of the city with narrow lanes and a lot of old-school charm. Our office isn't anything you'd call modern or flashy. It’s just a functional space where the Mahindra Lifespaces team handles local development matters. Finding a parking spot near the building can be a real headache some days, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. Inside, the rooms are filled with the usual office stuff like old computers, printers, and a lot of rolled-up maps. We don't have a marketing team sitting here or anyone wearing expensive suits. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city to see how things are going. When we are back at the office, it’s mostly about catching up on emails and organizing piles of documents. The building itself is quite plain and blends right in with the rest of the colony. We like the vibe of Narayan Peth because it feels like the heart of the city. There is a lot of history around us here. We’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s a bit cluttered and the lighting isn't exactly great, but it works for what we need. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the work done and go home.
