Our office for Mahindra Lifespace Developer Ltd is in Pune, tucked away in 113/B Ashoka Society. This is in the Tergaon area, which is a place that has seen a lot of change over the years. We are located inside a residential society, which is pretty common for us. The office is simple and functional, without any of the extra bells and whistles you might find in a big downtown building. Ashoka Society is a fairly standard residential complex, and we occupy one of the units there. We spend our days managing developer projects and keeping track of all the moving parts that come with that. Tergaon can get busy, but our little corner of the society stays relatively peaceful. We have a small team here, and everyone knows each other well. There are always stacks of blueprints and project files lying around on the tables. We don't try to make the place look like something it isn't. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, just like it does for everyone else in Pune, and we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any grand statements to make; we just show up at Ashoka Society and put in the work until the day is finished.
