Mahindra Hinoday Industries is located right in the heart of the Bhosari Bhosari Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know it’s a massive area filled with all kinds of factories and sheds. We are one of many here. The atmosphere is very industrial, with the sound of machinery and forklifts everywhere. Our place is quite large because of the nature of what we do. It’s a lot of metal and concrete. It’s not a place for a quiet chat, that’s for sure. We have different shifts of people coming in and out throughout the day and night. The floors are always a bit oily and there is a lot of dust, but that’s normal for this estate. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably meet someone in work clothes who will take you to the main office area. We focus on the work at hand. There isn't much time for anything else. We’ve been part of the Bhosari landscape for a long time. We aren't trying to be trendy or modern. We just run the machines and keep the production going. It’s a busy, gritty environment, but it is where we belong. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by other people doing the same kind of hard work. It’s practical and it gets the job done. We just keep our heads down and work.
