Our place is located at Plot No. C-23/2 in Phase II of the Chakan Industrial Area. It’s part of Village Varale in Tal Khed. It’s a big area with lots of other companies around us. Mahindra Cie Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. The roads get pretty busy with trucks and people coming in for their shifts. It is an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly quiet, but that’s expected for this part of Chakan. We spend most of our time inside the facility getting things sorted. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too flashy, just a workspace that fits what we do. You have to follow the signs for Phase II to find the plot. Varale is a familiar landmark for everyone working in this belt. We’ve seen the area change over the years as more plots get filled up. It takes a bit of time to get here from the main town, but once you’re in the industrial estate, it’s easy to navigate. We have our routines and the work keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages or stays close to Khed. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the daily tasks at hand. There’s always a lot of movement around Plot C-23/2 throughout the week. That’s just how life is in the industrial area for us.
