Our place is tucked into the Bhosari Industrial Estate, which is a massive area if you've ever tried to navigate it. Mahiendera C.L Automotive Ltd is basically a workshop and factory floor where we deal with all sorts of vehicle parts and mechanical components. It's loud, it's metallic, and there is always the smell of oil and machine grease in the air. We don't have a fancy reception area or people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes because we are actually handling the metal and the machines. Bhosari is the kind of place where everyone is working hard, and we fit right into that. We take on orders, we process the parts, and we make sure they meet the specs needed for the vehicles they go into. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed, but that’s just the nature of the automotive business. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the estate change around us. The roads are always full of trucks and tempos moving parts around, and we are just one of the cogs in that big wheel. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just the most reliable for the folks who need our specific automotive parts. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week. Sometimes we stay even later to finish an urgent batch.
