Mahaphant Fibre-Cement(South-Asia)Pvt.Ltd is on the second floor of House Number 774 on Taboot Street in Pune. We are right near the Hussainy Bakery, which is great because the smell of fresh bread and biscuits is always in the air. Taboot Street is in the Camp area, which has a lot of history and old buildings. Our office is in one of those spots that feels a bit tucked away but is actually in the middle of everything. It is a second-floor walk-up, so we get a bit of exercise every day. Being in the fiber-cement business, we have a lot of samples and technical sheets around the office. Pune-1 is a busy place, and Camp is always buzzing with people shopping or eating. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with high ceilings and some old wooden floors that creak a bit. We like it here because it is central. The bakery is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We just spend our hours talking to suppliers and checking on orders for the cement boards. It is not a slick, modern office with glass partitions. It is a real place with some character and a bit of dust. We just do our work and head out when the sun goes down. It is a solid place to be for a company like ours.
