Mahalaxmi Auto Parts is found at 433 Mangalwar Peth, which is right near the Ladkat Petrol Pump. If you come by, you will notice the smell of grease and metal as soon as you step inside. We have rows and rows of metal shelving that go all the way to the ceiling, filled with boxes of spark plugs, filters, and various engine components. Most of the time, our hands are a bit dirty from handling the parts or helping a mechanic find a specific bolt that he needs. The counter is made of thick wood and has plenty of scratches from years of heavy metal parts being slid across it. We spend a lot of time looking through thick catalogs to find part numbers for older vehicle models that aren't easy to service anymore. The shop gets a lot of noise from the petrol pump nearby and the constant flow of bikes on the road. We have an old stool for when things get quiet, but usually, we are on our feet moving between the stacks.
