Maha Youth Foundation

Our office is in Wakad, Pune, specifically in the Rubypark area of Park Street Phase-I. We are in Flat F/1103. Wakad has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and IT folks moving in, but our corner feels a bit more settled. Being in a high-rise like this gives us a good view of the surrounding area, which is a nice change from the ground-level noise. The foundation is run by a few of us who wanted to stay close to the younger crowd in this part of town. The flat is our main workspace, and it’s filled with laptops, chargers, and usually a few half-empty water bottles. It’s not a formal office by any means. We often work late into the evening, so the lights in F/1103 are usually the last ones to go off in our section of the building. We don’t have a big budget for interior design, so we just use whatever furniture was available. It’s a bit of a mix-and-match style. Park Street is a large complex, so we tell people to look for Phase-I to avoid getting lost. We like being here because it feels modern but still has a community vibe. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just sit around and get things done. It’s an honest, simple setup for the Maha Youth Foundation, and it works well for us and the people we interact with.
