Magarpattacity

Our office is located over at Media Park on B.T. Kawade Road in Ghorpadi. It is a busy part of Pune, and we have been based here for a while now. Magarpattacity is really about the way this part of the city has changed over the years. We deal with the day-to-day things that come with managing a big area like this. It is not just about the buildings, but the people who live in them. Some days we are dealing with paperwork, and other days we are out on the roads checking on things. It gets quite crowded around Ghorpadi, especially during peak hours. We try to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just the team working from the Media Park office. You will find us there most weekdays. It is a straightforward operation. We handle what comes up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We have a lot of history with this specific patch of land in Pune. It’s grown a lot since we first set up shop. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is required to keep everything running. Being on B.T. Kawade Road puts us right in the middle of everything, which is helpful. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It feels like a real community effort most of the time.
