Magarpatta Township Deveopment & Construction Co.Ltd. is based in Sangli, specifically at Plot No.29 in the Sadguru Housing Society. Our office is named Shanti, and it sits near the Ram-Janki Mandir in Sanjaynagar. It’s a nice, recognizable spot for the locals. We do construction and township development work all around the Sangli area. Our office isn't fancy; it’s just a place for us to keep our records and meet up before heading to the sites. We spend most of our time out in the sun, watching over the foundations being laid or the walls going up. It’s a lot of physical work and planning. We don't use any complicated systems, just good old-fashioned hard work and experience. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. Being near the mandir means we hear the bells and the bustle of the neighborhood every day. We feel like we’re part of the Sanjaynagar community. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the construction industry, from material shortages to labor issues. We just keep our heads down and keep building. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job on every project we take on. It’s about the bricks and the people who put them together.
