Magarpatta Township Development & Construction Comapany Pvt.Ltd runs things out of Ashtavinayak Niwas over in Satavwadi. If you head down Sr No 13 in Hadapsar, you’ll find our office. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at, but we get the job done there. Construction is what we do every day. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the brickwork is coming along. Sometimes things go slow because of the weather or some other issue we didn't see coming. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy presentations here. Instead, we mostly use a lot of paper and pens to track the progress of each floor. Satavwadi is a good area for us since it’s close to where a lot of the activity is happening in Pune. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years. Most of the people working here are just regular folks trying to make sure the buildings are sturdy. We handle a bit of everything, from the initial planning to the final touches on a project. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes we lose track of time when we're out on the field. We just want to finish what we started without making a big fuss. You might see our trucks moving around Hadapsar pretty often. We keep it simple and just focus on the bricks, the sand, and the mortar until the work is finished.
