We've been working out of Heliconia C 503 in Magarpatta City for a while now. It's a busy spot in Hadapsar. Most days, our desks are covered in blueprints and site plans because the construction business keeps us on our toes. We are Magarpatta Township Development & Construction Co. Ltd. People around here know us as the ones always looking at new plots or checking on building progress. It isn’t a fancy operation, just a lot of coordination between the office and the job sites. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet while we wait for materials. Being in Pune, specifically Hadpasar, means we are right in the middle of all the growth. We deal with the usual headaches like rain delays or getting the right permits from the municipal corporation. It’s hard work, but seeing a building actually go up makes the long hours worth it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just focused on getting the projects done. Our team is small, mostly locals who live nearby and know the streets of Magarpatta like the back of their hands. We drink a lot of chai during meetings to keep our energy up. Things get messy at the sites, but that’s just how building goes. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next task.
