Our office is over at Tilekar Wasti in Magarpatta, Hadapsar. We are Magarpatta Township Development & Constructio Comany Pvt Ltd. We’re located C/O Dumbare Patil, which is a name many people around here recognize. This is right in the heart of where a lot of the township development actually happens. Pune 411 028 is our home ground. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our tools and project maps. It’s a bit of a busy spot because there’s always something going on in Tilekar Wasti. We have people coming in all the time to talk about the buildings or the land. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much on fancy furniture or decor. Most of our money goes into the construction work itself. The team here is pretty small, but we’ve been working together for a long time. You’ll usually find us with a cup of tea, arguing over a blueprint or checking the schedule for the next week. It’s a real, working-class atmosphere. We don't have a marketing department here; we just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. Being near the actual site means we can just walk out and see how things are going. It’s a practical way to run things, and it suits us just fine. We’ve been part of this community for years. Usually, there is a lot of dust from the road, so we clean up often.
