We’ve got a decent setup here, nothing too over the top. It’s mostly just a place to manage the construction tasks and handle the development side of things for the projects nearby. Being near the jewelers means there’s always people walking by. We’ve grown used to the bustle of the street. Our office has a few desks and a lot of project folders stacked up. We spend most of our day coordinating with the crews on the ground. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't use any fancy systems, just hard work and a lot of talking. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait it out, chatting with the people next door. Thergaon is a growing spot, and we’re right in the middle of it.
