Magarpatta Township &Const.Developement Ltd.

We have this office set up in Karad, right there on 235 Mangalwar Peth. It’s part of the Magarpatta Township & Const. Development Ltd. setup. Mostly, we deal with the local construction paperwork and planning for things happening around Satara district. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and files. We spend a lot of time talking to folks from the neighborhood about the land and building stuff. Karad is a busy place, and being in Mangalwar Peth means there’s always noise outside. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but we like it here. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people around here know where we are. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too far. We keep things pretty simple. There are a few of us working here every day, just trying to get the jobs done. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone else. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full speed. Dealing with all the township development stuff takes up most of our time. We handle the local bits while the main office does the bigger things. It’s just how it works for us. We’re glad to be part of the community here in Tal-Karad. We have been working out of this space for a good amount of time and don't plan on moving.
