Our business, Magar Realty Private Limited, is located in the Megacenter at Magarpatta City. You can find us at Shop No C - 505. Hadapsar is a pretty well-known area in Pune, and the Megacenter is one of those big places where a lot of stuff happens. We have been here for a bit now. The office is basically where we manage everything related to property. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at plans or contracts. Magarpatta City is quite organized compared to other parts of Pune, which makes our job a bit easier sometimes. We deal with people who want to move into the area or businesses looking for space. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is legal and correct. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just walking by the shop or hearing about us from someone else. The Megacenter is usually full of people, so there’s always something to see out the window. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We know the streets around Hadapsar pretty well. If someone needs to find a place, we usually have a good idea of what’s available. It’s just a regular office doing regular real estate work every day.
