Maesa Foundation

Maesa Foundation is located at Survey Number 40/1, in the Elite Jagtap Kadam Association. We are in the commercial building A1, room 304. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you get here, it’s easy enough to find. The building is fairly modern compared to some others in the area, but we haven't gone out of our way to make it look like a showroom. We have some simple wooden desks and a few filing cabinets. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork or talking to people who stop by. The association has a lot of different businesses, so there is always some activity in the corridors. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, maybe a calendar and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We prefer it that way because it keeps us focused on what we are doing. The area around S. No. 40/1 is developing quickly, so there’s often construction noise nearby. We just close the windows and get on with it. We don't have a formal reception area, so when you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of our workspace. It’s an honest, working environment where everyone knows their job. We aren't here to make a big splash, just to be here in this building. It’s a practical place for us to base ourselves and keep things moving along.
