This branch of the service centre is based in Pune, specifically at 6/B Shree Hans Nagar on Dhanori Road. If you know the Dhanori area, you know it's seen a lot of changes lately. We spend our days here dealing with the various backend tasks that keep things running. It’s a lot of data entry and coordination, mostly. The office isn't right in the middle of the main city hubs, which is actually kind of nice because it's a bit less chaotic than the central business districts. We show up, grab some coffee, and get to work on the systems. It’s a lot of staring at screens and making sure the numbers match up across the different regions we handle. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets spotty, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s mostly about staying on top of the paperwork and responding to queries that come in from other offices. The building is functional. It’s got what we need to get the job done. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some local and some who travel in from further away in Pune. It feels like a regular workplace. We don’t have any big slogans on the walls. We just try to get through the queue of tasks before the day ends so we can head home. It’s a steady pace most of the time.
