If you’re looking for us, we are tucked away in the Indira Housing Society, right near the Mehendale Garage in Erandwane. It’s a pretty decent area of Pune, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time of the day. Maersk Global Service Centres India Pvt. Ltd is the official name on the door, but to us, it’s just the office where we spend our mornings and evenings. We’re in the Prajakt building, number six. It’s not one of those massive glass towers you see in the tech parks, which is actually kind of nice. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood. We deal with a lot of global coordination here, mostly through computers and phones, so the office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once. We’ve been in this Pune location for a bit now. Most of us live nearby or take the bus in. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just show up, log in, and handle the tasks that come our way from other parts of the world. It’s steady work and the people here are good to work with. We know the local tea shops and the best places to get a quick snack during the break. It’s just a normal workplace for us.
