Maersk Global Service Centre

We are located over in Hadapsar, Pune, specifically on Ramoshi Lane. It is right near the New English School, which is usually how people find us if they happen to get lost looking for the office. This is our service centre where we handle a lot of the back-end tasks for the shipping world. It is a big operation overall, but we try to keep a steady head about it here. Most of us working in this office are local to Pune or have moved here specifically for the work. The office stays pretty busy with emails and coordinating things across different time zones. It is not exactly a glamorous job, sitting at desks and looking at logistics data all day, but it is what we do. We have been at this address for some time now and have gotten used to the local rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning commute around here can be a bit much, but once we are inside, we just get on with the day. We do not really do any big advertising or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks that need finishing. There is a lot of coordination involved in global shipping, so we spend a lot of time double-checking numbers and schedules. It is practical work for practical people. We have a team from all sorts of backgrounds here, just trying to make sure everything runs without too many hiccups or delays.
