Maersk Global Service Centre

Our office is situated in Pune, specifically at E 2, 403, Ganga Village. We are on Handewadi Road in the Hadapsar area. Hadapsar is a really busy part of Pune these days, and Ganga Village is a large complex where we have our space. Maersk Global Service Centre is a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as the Pune team. We do a lot of the back-end support work here. It’s a lot of data, coordinating with other offices, and making sure the systems are running right. The office is located in Pune-28, and it’s a typical modern setup, though it feels a bit more lived-in than those shiny tech parks. We have people working different shifts since we deal with offices in different time zones. It can get a bit quiet at night, but during the day it’s quite the beehive. We don’t really have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have our schedules and our tasks. Most of us commute from different parts of Pune, so we spend a lot of time talking about the traffic on Handewadi Road. It’s a regular job with regular people. We try to keep things organized, but like any office, there are days when everything seems to happen at once. We just handle it as it comes.
