We work out of Flat No. 205 on the second floor here in Pune. The pin code is 411051. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than an office. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes lunch. Being on the second floor is nice because we aren't right on the street level, so it’s a bit quieter. We are the Madhav Limaye Group, and we spend our time on various projects and paperwork. There are usually files stacked up on the side tables. We have a couple of computers that have been around for a while but they still work fine. The view from the balcony is just other buildings and some trees, but it’s a good place to stand for a minute when the phone calls get too long. We don't have a big corporate sign out front. Most people find us by looking at the apartment numbers. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't need a lot of space. The team is just a few people who have been doing this for a long time. We know the routine and we stick to it. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't in a rush to move to a bigger place. It’s comfortable here and the commute isn’t too bad for most of us. We just keep things moving along every day.
