Maass Flange (India)

We've been here at Alandi Devachi for a while now. The workshop is out on Markal Road, right in the A Alandi Devachi Markal Udyog Nagar area. It’s a busy spot but we like it well enough. Most days we are just busy with the machines and making sure the flanges are coming out right. It gets a bit dusty around the yard sometimes, especially when the trucks are moving in and out. We don't have a big fancy office, just the floor where the work happens. People come by to pick up orders or check on the progress of their stuff. We've got a decent team here, mostly local guys who know the area well. It's not a complicated setup, just a lot of steel and hard work. Sometimes the traffic on the road to Markal gets backed up, which slows things down for our deliveries, but we manage. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If you walk in, you'll probably see us near the back where the main production happens. We just focus on getting the specs right for whatever order is on the table that morning. There isn't much to say about the history other than we've been working this same spot for years. It's a straightforward place and we keep the atmosphere pretty quiet even when we're under a deadline. We just keep the lights on and the machines running until the job is done for the day.
