M Plus Cnc Tech Private Limited

We are located at J-35 in the S-Block of the MIDC area. If you know MIDC, you know it is a massive place with lots of different blocks, and S-Block has its own rhythm. Our spot at J-35 is where we keep all the CNC tech stuff. It is a bit different from the old manual workshops because it is a bit quieter, but there is still that constant electronic hum and the sound of cooling pumps. We have a few desks tucked away in the corner for the programming work, but most of the action happens on the floor where the machines are. The lighting inside is bright so we can see what we are doing with the small parts. It is not a very large space, so we have to be careful about where we stack the raw materials and the finished pieces. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a pain, but we manage to keep things moving. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area, mostly just talking about local news or whatever is on TV. It is a decent place to work. It is practical and focused on the technical side of things without any extra fluff or corporate talk. Just a regular bunch of people working in S-Block every day.
