Gurudyog

At Gurudyog, we operate out of Plot T-204 in the M.I.D.C. area of Bhosari. Our workshop is part of the C-20 Pavana Industrial Complex. It’s a large area with a lot of different companies, so there is always a lot of noise and movement. We have been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed around us quite a bit. Our space is filled with equipment and parts that we use every day. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a big lobby with chairs. Usually, when someone visits, we just talk in the middle of the workspace or near the main door. It’s a very practical environment. The people working here know the machines inside and out. We aren't interested in making a big show of things. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. Bhosari is a busy place for manufacturing, and being in the MIDC complex means we are surrounded by people doing similar things. We share some tools or advice with neighbors sometimes. The days are long, and the work can be physically demanding, but it’s what we know. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just a local business trying to stay steady. We handle our own paperwork and maintenance because that’s how we’ve always done it. The floor is often oily and we usually have a radio playing somewhere in the back.
