Lunkad Realty is situated in the Sadashivpeth area of Pune. Our address is at the Suryadatta Group Institute, number 2074 in Vijaynagar Colony. It’s a very traditional part of the city, and we like the vibe here. There is so much history in these streets. We’ve been doing property work in this neighborhood for some time. It’s not like the newer parts of Pune; here, you have to know the people and the old families to really understand the market. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and chatting with locals to find out what’s coming up for sale. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of paper. We handle the usual real estate stuff like buying, selling, and leasing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the municipal office and making sure all the stamps are in the right place. We don't have a big fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most people find us through word of mouth, which we prefer anyway. It feels more personal that way. We just try to be helpful and give folks a fair idea of what their property is worth. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy being part of the Sadashivpeth community. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients satisfied with straightforward talk and hard work. No corporate fluff, just local knowledge and a bit of patience for the paperwork. That is basically how we run things every day.
