You can find Lunkad Realty over in Kalyaninagar. We are located in the Ferrybell Building, which is part of Nyati Meadows. Our office is on the first floor, flat 101. It’s a nice enough area, and being in Pune-6 puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, focusing on the homes and apartments around this side of the city. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees. It’s a small team here. We mostly spend our days checking out new listings and meeting with people who want to move into the area. Kalyaninagar is a popular spot, so things move fast. We try to stay on top of it without getting too stressed out. Our office feels more like a home than a workplace, which we think helps people feel more at ease. There’s usually a bit of clutter from all the files, but we know where everything is. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell people what the situation is with a particular property. If there’s a problem with the title or the building has issues, we say so. It’s just easier to be honest from the start. We’re just here to help with the practical side of buying or renting a place in this neighborhood. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans, just a lot of keys and a lot of folders. We hope that approach makes the whole process a bit less daunting for everyone.
