Lunkad Realty is located over in Kondhwa Khurd, specifically inside Kausar Bh Society. We are up on the third floor of building sixty-four, in flat number seven. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re not used to them. We’ve been operating from this residential area for some time because it keeps us close to the properties we actually deal with. Pune is growing so much, especially around this side of town, so there is always something to do. Usually, our desks are covered in maps and old files. We don’t really do the whole fancy office thing with glass walls. It’s just a place where we sit down with families to figure out where they want to live next. Some days we are out on the field looking at sites, and other days we’re stuck here doing data entry. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we know. Being in a society like this means we see our neighbors every day, which keeps us grounded. We handle various real estate matters, from small rentals to bigger sales. We’ve learned that things usually work out better when you just speak plainly with people. No use hiding things about a property because the truth always comes out anyway. We just keep things moving, trying to help people find a spot in Kondhwa that they can call home without too much stress or unnecessary complication. We're just a small local team doing our thing and helping people settle in.
