In Hadapsar, you’ll find Lunkad Realty operating out of Todkar Township. We are located at Flat A-27 on Sasanenagar Road, care of Mrs. S.N. Pawar. It’s a bit of a residential setup, which works well for us because we’re right there in the thick of the community. Hadapsar is a huge area with a lot of different types of housing, from old blocks to new developments. We spend most of our time out on our bikes or in the car, visiting different sites and meeting owners. It’s a lot of ground to cover. Our office is simple; it’s basically where we keep our registers and do the final bits of paperwork. We don't go in for fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just a conversation about what a person needs and what they can afford. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with the roads getting busier and new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep track of it all so we can give people good info. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties can be a real mess, so we spend a lot of time sorting through old documents and trying to make sense of things. It’s just the nature of the business. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people find a decent place to live or work around Pune-28. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the gears turning in the local property market and making sure things get done right.
