Lunkad Reality

We’ve been around Koregaon Park for a while now. Lunkad Reality is basically just a few of us working out of this part of Pune. It’s a busy area, lots of trees and people always moving in or out. We spend most of our time talking to folks who are looking for a place to stay or maybe want to sell something they’ve owned for years. Sometimes it’s hectic, other times we’re just sitting with a chai waiting for a phone call. We aren't some huge office with hundreds of people in suits. It’s mostly just keeping track of what’s available on the market and making sure the paperwork doesn’t get too messy. People come in with all sorts of questions about the neighborhood. We try to give them straight answers. If a place has a leaky pipe or the neighbors are loud, we’ll probably mention it because honesty makes things easier in the long run. The Pune real estate scene changes fast, but we’ve stayed put here. It's nice being local. You get to know the shopkeepers and the shortcut roads. Most days involve the usual property stuff, helping people find four walls and a roof that fits their budget. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the legal bits get complicated. Taking it day by day is usually the best approach. If you’re walking around Koregaon Park, you’ll likely see us around. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job with houses and land. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, open the office, and see who needs help with their property today.
