Luminous Teleinfra Limited

Our office is in Pune, situated in Lane No. 6 of Karve Nagar. We are based out of a place owned by Haribhau Damodhar Bhame. It is a decent residential and commercial area that stays pretty busy throughout the week. We work on telecommunications infrastructure, so we are the ones helping to set up towers and the equipment that keeps everyone connected. It is a lot of technical work, but we are just regular people doing a job. Our office is simple and doesn't have any of those modern corporate features. It is just a place to keep our gear and sit down to handle the paperwork. Pune is a big, fast city now, and there is always a need for more infra. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites, so the office is often empty for parts of the day. We don't bother with fancy slogans or promotional materials. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the installations are done properly. Sometimes the permits take forever or the weather ruins our schedule, but we just take it as it comes. It is a lot of coordination with different teams and making sure the electronics are handled right. We like being in Karve Nagar because it is a good community and we’ve been here for a while. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
