This is more of the administrative side of things. We keep the files in order and make sure the communications are going through. Ajit manages the space well. Sometimes it feels more like a home than a workplace, which I think makes the day go by a bit faster. We aren't big on formal dress codes or long, boring meetings. We just talk about what needs to happen and then we do it. The society is well-kept, and it is nice to have some trees around when you look out the window. It is a practical setup for what we need to accomplish. We have been here for a while and the routine works for everyone involved. No need to make things more complicated than they actually are.
