Lotus Landmarks

We've been at Lotus Residency in Kothrud for a while now. It's right across from Sangam Press, which most people around here know well. We handle property stuff, mostly focus on this part of New Atam Nagar. It started out small, just a few of us working out of the 601 office. Honestly, some days are busier than others, especially when people drop by without calling first. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Dealing with landmarks and buildings in Atam Park means we spend a lot of time out on the streets too. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Most of our neighbors are regular families. We know the shortcuts around Kothrud pretty well by now. If you're looking for us, look for the big press building and we're just right there. Sometimes the traffic on this road gets a bit much in the evenings. We just stick to what we know. It's a decent place to work and the area is growing. We don't have a big speech ready or anything like that. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings for the business. It works for us. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool. We usually have tea around four in the afternoon when things settle down.
