Lotus Autotron Pvt Ltd is located in a building called Armaan, over in Vidyanagar, which is part of the Tingre Nagar area. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the big industrial zones, and we quite like it that way. We deal with automation and electronics, mostly for the automotive side of things. The office isn’t huge, but we have enough space for our testing kits and our computers. We started this business because we liked the technical challenge, not because we wanted to be corporate executives. Most of the people working here are locals who live nearby. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend. We don't have a PR person or a fancy website full of buzzwords. We just rely on the fact that we do our work properly. If you walk into Armaan, you'll find us busy with diagrams or checking some new hardware. Tingre Nagar is a nice place to be, and it’s grown a lot lately. We’ve tried to grow with it without losing that small-business feel. It's not always perfect—some days the power goes out or a delivery is late—but we handle it. We’re just a group of people who enjoy working with technology in a neighborhood we really care about.
