Down in Vidyanagar, near Himogeri School, you’ll find our place at S. No.67/1B/25/16. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the big industrial parks, which is nice for us at Lotus Autotron Pvt. Ltd. We’ve got a decent setup here, though the sign outside could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves, workbenches, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time tinkering with parts and checking drawings. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office. We know each other's names and usually know what someone is going to say before they even open their mouth. The school nearby means there are kids around in the morning and afternoon, so we have to be careful when we’re moving stuff in the driveway. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job and keep the lights on. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we have a big project going, but we always find what we need eventually. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don't have a lot of meetings or long talks. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. If you happen to be passing by the school, you’ll see our gate right there. That’s where we stay busy. It’s a good little spot for the work we do.
