Our place is at 7A Shindewadi. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the middle of the city. We’ve got our setup here at Losma India and it’s where we spend most of our hours. It’s an industrial sort of area, so you see a lot of vans and workers moving around. We don't have a big fancy sign or a huge glass front. It’s a functional building where the work actually happens. Inside, it's mostly equipment and desks. We handle the daily tasks without much fuss. Shindewadi has its own pace, and we’ve fit into it over time. Usually, the mornings are for catching up on emails and the afternoons are for the more hands-on stuff. We aren't really into making things sound more exciting than they are. It’s just a group of us doing our jobs and making sure things run right. Sometimes we have visitors, and we just pull up a chair in the middle of the workspace. It’s not a corporate boardroom vibe at all. We like it that way. The commute out here is okay, and we have enough space to do what we need to do. It’s a practical location for the kind of stuff we do. Most days are just about staying on top of the schedule and making sure we haven't missed anything. We have a small kettle for making coffee and the windows look out over the yard.
