This is Lokjanani Urban Multistate Nidhi Limited and we are based out of Pune. You can find our office at Survey Number 23/4, House Number 921. We are situated right near the Gulmohar Apartments in the Balajinagar area, pin code 411043. Pune is a big city, but our corner of Balajinagar feels more like a small neighborhood to us. People recognize each other at the local tea stalls and they recognize us too. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the street. Inside, it’s just us working away at our desks with the usual office supplies scattered around. We take care of the money stuff for people who live in the nearby flats and houses. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes it’s just the sound of the old clock on the wall. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit or a modern waiting lounge. If the chairs are all full, people just stand and chat for a bit while they wait. We like it that way because it feels more natural and less like a cold institution. We do the math, fill out the forms, and make sure everything is recorded properly in the files. It’s a lot of manual entry and double-checking names and numbers. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we definitely aren't one. We are just local people in Pune trying to provide a place for neighbors to manage their finances without any extra fuss.
