Lokasamastha Foundation

We are over in the Kharadi area of Pune, specifically at Marvel Zephyar. Our office is in Flat No P-401. Kharadi has changed a lot lately with all the new IT parks and big buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty steady. We’re part of the Lokasamastha Foundation. It’s just a handful of us who work here. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us opening the door with a phone in our hand. We do a lot of our work from this flat because it’s convenient and keeps our costs down. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle. We prefer wearing comfortable clothes and just getting through the to-do list. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees, which is nice when you need a break from the computer screen. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone or through messages. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy. We don’t write big reports with lots of charts. We just try to help out where we can and keep the foundation’s projects moving forward. It’s simple, practical work. We like being in Kharadi because it’s easy to get to, and most people around here are just trying to get on with their lives, just like we are every single day.
